Implement Maximo 7.5.0.3 BIRT fix in 7.1.1.x

IBM released fix pack 7.5.0.3 for Maximo on 7/20/12. Part of this fix pack included a move to Maximo utilizing BIRT 3.7.1 and a utility to fix pagination errors in reports files. The pagination error documented by IBM can also be manullay fixed in Maximo 7.1.1.7 and later. This blog post describes the documentation provided by IBM and how to apply the fix to BIRT 2.3.2 reports in Maximo 7.1.1.x.<br />
