Welcome to BIRT!

Assuming you are utilizing iHub3:

1.) Log into the iportal

2.) On the top right select Administration form the dropdown

3.) Create a new group and assign a number of users to said group (each user has their own email with their user)

4.) When running a report, you will need to schedule the report

5.) Select the Advanced tab when scheduling

6.) Select the Notification Tab.

7.) Here you can select the said group and move it over to the selected column. If you select the bullet below the list to be users, you can select specific users.

Each user will use their email preferences unless you select overwrite preferences at the top of the notification tab.

Let me know if you are able to send out notifications as desired.

Check the iHubc logs for additional information about email errors. These are located in you installation directory/modules/iHub/data/server/log directory.
