in my example i have a table, there are to lines in the header (repeat header ist activated). 
Also in every page brake the header repeats.
What I want is that one line from the header does not repeat itself, only one from two lines.
 
Is there a solution that i can use?

Take a look at the attached. I created two aggregations and used visibility to hide the title.

This is not exactly what i'm looking for but it is near by. I want that only one row does repeat itself when there is a page break under the same heading. Maybe my attached picture will help you.

There is a Advanced property on the Header Row, called "Repeatable". The default value is "true".
 
You'll need to select the Header Row, go to the Property Editor - Row > Advanced > Repeatable, and set this to "false". See screenshot.
