What kind of ACL and User_permission.. I have To set on object/user..?

    1. The object must allow user comments. You can check the Content Business Object in the xCP Designer for this option.
    2. User must have at least RELATE permission.

    Your user needs at least ANNOTATE permissions (above READ and below WRITE).

    I already try that given permission write but It was not working.
    After that i give Delete and all extended permission but it was still not working in Production.
