What is d2 pseudo user in Documentum Administrator. I am referring to workflow reporting feature of DA.
Task sent to one person for approval has been acquired by d2 pseudo user and workflow is stuck. What can be the possible approach to get workflow completed.

    D2 pseudo user is OOTB D2 user account used for Workflow task transitions. If the workflow task is stuck with D2 Pseudo user, that indicates the task activity or auto method was not executed properly. Check the JMS logs to find why the workflow activity was failed and then take the required steps to resolve the issues completely.

    Thanks Hari for your help. Would you please elaborate exact functioning of D2 pseudo user.
    Does pseudo user comes into view only during workflow or any other D2 activity.
    Is their any documentation related to pseudo user?

    Hi vijay..
    you can rerun that paused LC state from DA (workflow report)
