  • Hello Bing,
Did you get the permission? I need the same.

    Regards,
    Saurabh

  • me too. How to do this?

  • Customers of Documentum products are granted access to the Documentum Support forums. Please let me know if you are a current Documentum customer without access.

  • Hi David,

I am a customer and need access. Please advise.

  • My problem was clearing my cookies. Once I did that, all was good. (Note, that I did need to have activated account though). The problem with my issue is because I was earlier trying to browse forums as "non-activated" guest user.

Thanks for the info. I updated my email address to my business email. This change also prompted me to created a new user name. I also cleared the cache in my browser. I am still unable to access the Documentum links like the one at the top of this forum. Please advise.

    Hi there,

The following message is for all those that are having trouble getting full access to the forums on our community:

With OpenText, you will need to register with your business email address as OpenText cannot give full access to those registered with a personal email address. As @David Sciuto mentioned above, forums like Documentum require you to have full customer access before you can view or participate.

In addition to registering with your business email address, you will also need to be enabled for full customer access. In most cases, your company's administrator for OpenText Support will need to do this. There is more information about this process in the following guide and wiki page:

    https://www.opentext.com/file_source/OpenText/en_US/PDF/opentext-mysupport-accounts.pdf

    https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll/open/53156662?func=ll&objId=53156662&objAction=WikiView

@BrianUherka, in your case, I see that you have registered with your business address but you will still need to reach out to your company's admin to receive full access. If you're not sure who that is, you can always reach out to a local support agent (which can be found here: https://www.opentext.com/support/contact/opentext#_ga=2.195706021.827904050.1520970853-492166022.1511275256).

Hopefully, this information will help you complete the registration process. If any of you are still having trouble after your company admin gives you full access, please try clearing your browser cookies to see if that resolves the issue. If that still doesn't work, please reply here and we will see what we can do to help.

    Thanks & regards,
