Is Imaging for Windows 4.0 certified for Windows 10?

Although not technically certified, we have performed basic user testing on Imaging for Windows 4.0 with a Microsoft Windows 10 operating environment with no issues. However, it should be noted that the Imaging for Windows 4.0 product will be installed as a 32-bit application even when installed on a 64-bit Windows operating system. While this 32-bit operation does not affect its basic functionality, an incompatibility will exist if interfacing with products that are 64-bit. For example, a 64-bit TWAIN driver will not function with the Imaging for Windows 4.0, 32-bit TWAIN interface. The 32-bit version of Microsoft Office will function with Imaging for Windows on a 64-bit Windows operating environment, but the 64-bit version of Microsoft Office 64-bit.

If you have doubts, we suggest you install the Imaging for Windows 4.0 trial package to determine if the functionality you require suits your needs.
