Upgrade of Personnal account

Hi!  Why don't you offer the possibility to upgrade the "Personnal" account?  I want a personnal account, but the free one with 2G is not enough for me.  I'll be willing to pay, but I have to get at least a team account.

Regards.

    Hi Philippe,

Yes, you are correct as upgrading a Personal account is not currently an option. Upgrading to a Team plan for two user accounts in OpenText Core will allow you to have either two users with 50 GB per user or 100GB for a single user. You will also be able to upload and store larger files (2GB for Team plan vs. 250MB for Personal) and store up to 25 versions of each file.

Thank you for your note and I hope this answers your question.

    Hi Philippe,

I must correct myself on my previous note. The Team tier account is actually 50GB of team space. So, if you were to sign up for two user accounts in the Team tier, you would have 50GB total storage. My apologies for the confusion.

    Jay.

  • Hi Jay,

Just to clarify about the Team account. If I order that with 2 users, I would only get 50GB? On the core site it says 50GB per user.

    Thanks,
    Sean

    Hi Sean,

Yes, the OpenText Core Team Plan has been corrected to reflect 50GB of team storage for 2 to 50 users. Allocation of storage space is up to the account administrator; so if you sign up for two users, the 50GB quota can be divided in any way you see fit (40GB for one user, 10GB for the other, etc.).

Subscription fee for the Team Plan remains the same ($5/user/month) as does the maximum file size upload (2GB) and the number of versions per file (25 versions, with the latest version's file size being the only one counting toward the storage quota).

Hope this helps and let us know if you have any further questions.
