FAQ: Some users are not being synced with OpenText Core; what do I do?

Make sure that the users in question are members of the “OpenText Core Users” Active Directory Group. If they are a member and not being synced properly, you may have reached your Subscription License Limit. Please check that you have free/spare licenses.
