User intervention when sync'ing content from CORE to -> Content Server

Hi Core Team - after reading over the article published here: https://core.opentext.com/pdfjs/web/viewer.html?shortLink=afd49cd1054d0a66696eaf5dce76ff17585b03076e51923d

and reading over some of the other posts it sounds like:
a) once content is uploaded to Core
b) a Content Server user would then have to intervene to go grab that content and import to CS.  How would that user be notified content has been uploaded?  Would the same user that posts the content to CORE have to be a CS user in order to ingest it to Content Server?
c) am I correct?  and can I get a few screenshots and/or better documentation on what that process looks like?

    Hi Price,

I have emailed you a more thorough response, but to reply to the questions in your post:

    1. Users must manually upload files from OpenText
Core to OpenText Content Server using the “Publish to Content Server” option.
      (see “c” below for limitations)

    2. Users receive an in-browser “banner
notification” at the top of their browser notifying them of a “successful”
publishing of file(s) to OpenText Content Server

    3. Any Content Server user (license holder…) can
publish content from OpenText Core and pull files from Content Server.
Non-Content Server users will not have the option to publish content from Core
or pull content from Content Server.

Thanks for posting and kind regards,

    Jay Weir
