Accounts created on mobile does not work in web browser


Created one account thru iPhone APP, and when I try to log in on the web I receive a message saying username and/or password is wrong.
I experience the same issue going the opposite way; created an account on web - worked fine, but can not log in thru iPhone app.

Any suggestions?

  • Hi Havard,

    Please note the ff:

    1) Be sure to enter the email and password exactly as you do for the browser
    2) Be sure that your account has been confirmed/activated by clicking the "Confirm Email Address" link in the notification from OpenText Core that you received upon registering.

    If this does not work, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll do some further troubleshooting.

    Good day again. Can you confirm that you are logging into the same OpenText Core environment?
    Either North America or Europe. They must be the same.
