Account Disabled ... contact administrator

Note: I am using a separate account to ask about this as we are unable to login with any of our Knowledge Works accounts.

We (KnowledgeWorks) have a paid business account. No matter what account we attempt to login with, we get the following message. "Your account has been disabled. Please contact your administrator for assistance." This includes trying to login to support.

Would someone from support please contact me ([email protected]) to figure out what is wrong with our account.
