Email notifications are not sent to the uploader when a file is uploaded to a library

In Supplier Exchange, when you upload a file to a library, email notifications are not sent to you as the uploader even if "Notify me of new documents or updates to this library" and "Notify users of the new document" are both enabled.

Putting a check mark on "Notify users of the new document" during upload doesn't necessarily mean it will automatically send a notification email to all users or supplier contract members.
The only members who will receive a notification of a new document are those that have enabled or put a check mark on the "Notify me of new document or updates to this library" on the contract in their own Supplier Exchange accounts.
