Forgot Password link is not sending temporary password email
In Supplier Exchange, Forgot Password link is not sending a temporary password email notification.
Perform the following suggestions:
- Check Junk E-mail folder.
- Check if there are email rules configured. Also check other folders including Trash.
- Virus and Spam scanners might be blocking the email.
- The email address you should be looking for is from "[email protected]". Some IT groups block emails with this type of local-part. Please ask your
local IT to whitelist [email protected] email address.
