Services are not coming up after Installing TS 16.6.1

Hello experts,

I have installed TS 16.6.1 on RHEL 7.7 and applied the license as well. But still iwserver and iwjboss failed to start. Running services are:
iwutild iwauthend iwwebd iwproxy httpd

jboss log has below error:

  • If iwserver fails, then jboss will not start.

If the /iwmnt is not mounted, then post your iwtrace log. You can look though iwserver but it seems to post a lot of garbage to the log, so you would need to find appropriate errors.

  • Hi Andy,

    Thanks for reply!

I have managed to fix the issue with a workaround.

After our 1st build I have noticed that our iw-cc.war folder was empty. So I have commented foundation.tk.war and auramart mobile war options in toolkits.xml as build was failing due to these two files.I ran the build again and all wars got deployed without any issue and it brings up the UI as well.

Now I have opened a case with OpenText on why Teamsite build is failing with these two wars and as usual awaiting reply.

    Thanks,
    Niraj Kumar
