Unable to login to CORE Capture Designer. Unexpected Fatal Problem.

Hi All, after having Core Capture Designer, installed and running fine for weeks, I now can't launch it! Tried reinstalling but still get the same error.

See Error log below... Any ideas how I resolve? Thanks Lionel

  • Hi @Lionel Olivier

Are you still able to login to Admin Center and the Core Capture web client? What has changed since you were able to login last? Does this same machine have any Intelligent Capture installations.
