Error message: Hmm, we couldn't establish a connection to PixTools For Web.

Hi, I am trying to get started with Core Capture to be able to upload some PDF documents for OCR but I am getting this error message: "Hmm, we couldn't establish a connection to PixTools For Web.

Please download PixTools For Web or retry.

(Windows only)"

I have already downloaded and installed cctsetup and rebooted my computer.

What could be the reason for this?

I can also add that all I want to do is to browse and upload a document but I am not given that option (Browse for Files). I get directed to "Download the magic.", which I have done. If I press Cancel I get back to "Sample Information Extraction Demo - Begin".

    Hi Jeff,

    I actually got it working by using Chrome instead of Firefox. I then also used another tenant so not what was the issue but it works now.

    Yes the Opentext Captiva Cloud Service was running. I also tried to reinstall it a couple of times but this did not help.
