LEAP Courier licensing - Limited number of active cases
LEAP Courier licensing rules rely on a limit of active case instances:
- Loyalty Tier: Up to 50 open exchanges per customer site
- Essentials Tier: Up to 500 open exchanges per customer site
- Ultimate Tier: More than 500 open exchanges per customer site
For Loyalty and Essentials Tiers, how is enforced this limit?
When the number of active cases is close to the limit, a warning is send to the customer?
If the limit is reached, it's impossible to create a new case instance until another one is closed before?
Or if the number of active/open cases is over the limit, the subscription automatically switches to the next subscription level (Essentials Tier is upgraded to Ultimate Tier)?
