API error message returned when submitting email job?

When testing, a message "Too many automatic redirections were attempted" is being returned. Could you please advise what might cause this? Thank you.

Are you able to provide the Submit XML and the Result XML?

What URL are you submitting too? Send me the User ID in regular email.
