Problem to get email job detail and delivery status

Hi,

I try to get the email job detail and delivery status using the JobDetailRequest as well as JobDeliveryStatusRequest. I'm getting the status as requested job was not found. I have used the same XDN and MRN which i was got back while i submit the job. Please give your suggestion.

Is this the same job you referenced in your other post (https://apiforums.easylink.com/content/email-job-submit-portal-problem)?

If so, the job wouldn't have been available for JobDetail or JobDeliveryStatus due to the error condition.
