I am Creating a one voicescript that Create a XML with status success.but when i check myportal there is no Voice job created.

Which Stauts are you checking. The first Status is for the result of the Submit only. The second Staus is for the job itself.
There are no attach's for the request and the result.

Sorry ,mistake to attach XML.now i attach the XMlL it self.
The VoiceScriptCreateRequest only creates the VoiceScript, which is being done as you get a Status of 0. Once it is created you have to do a JobSubmitRequest to use it. Then you will see a Job in MyPortal.

when i create job its not update in myportal content and new job also not created in content.if i use existing Template means that jobsubmit status awaiting or delivery. but not completed some times its failed. this happen only last 2 days. before i Create new job and make call also working well.

Please provide the job numbers (MRN) and the URL you are submitting to. I will take a look at them.
