Removing the default Footer

How to remove the following footers from email. Its automatically addedin each mail.We haveour own Footer provided by users.

If you would prefer not to receive further messages from this sender:

 

1. Click on the Reply button.

 

2. Replace the Subject field with the word REMOVE.

 

3. Click the Send button.

 

You will receive one additional e-mail message confirming your removal.

    It is possible to remove the system-provided footer.

    However, accounts that do not use a footer must be approved for this by our postmastering group to ensure that their messages have their own removal instructions and that they are not unsolicited.

    Please work through your account team to receive the correct approvals, and then we can make the configuration changes for you.
