Getting Error: Invalid profile for Managed Email

Hi,

We are sending a request to the URL and am getting a succesfull response back.

However we are not getting any text/sms send to my phone.

When I looked in the portal I had the error :

Error Code: J281 Error: Invalid profile for Managed Email

 

Thoughts please?

HI

Your Profile was not setup for MessageReach, our email and SMS service. The easiest way to have this done is log into MyPortal and send an SMS message, this will automatically set the Profile for you.

If you prefer, you can contact your Sales or PreSales Rep and ask them to have this done for you.
