Turn off opt-out footer in an email message

Is there a way to turn off the opt-out footer in an email message?

If you would prefer not to receive further messages from this sender:
1. Click on the Reply button.
2. Replace the Subject field with the word REMOVE.
3. Click the Send button.
You will receive one additional e-mail message confirming your removal.

This footer doesn't appear when I send a text email message but does appear when I send a html email message.

The footer should generally occur on all of your messages, but there may be configuration issues in the test environment that is affecting this.  If you provide some job numbers we can investigate why they are and are not showing up.

As for having the footers removed, that is possible, but it needs to be worked out with your account team, to ensure that you have proper opt-out support in your own application.  Your sales rep and/or sales engineer should be able to help you work through that process.
