Thanks, How can we reduce the no of response (if we have a list of mail's with different statis) for a particular job ? Please provide an example.

If you are sending in the list as individual Submits You can do a JobListRequest. If you are sending the list as a csv file in one Submit you can do a JobSummaryRequest to limit the data. There are samples on the site for both, just do a search for Sample.
