If this is just the URL where you plan to get the WSDL, you can do this if you want to.

However, we strongly suggest that you not retrieve the WSDL from a URL at runtime. Instead, you should download the WSDL and use it to build your software locally. That way your build or runtime environment are not dependent on a remote URL.
