Not sure I understand your question.
The current production version of the API (version 2.4) is documented here: https://apiforums.easylink.com/emapidocs. The namespaces supported in this version are here: https://apiforums.easylink.com/emapidocs/24/Introduction/Namespaces.html.
These namespaces are supported on the test and production platforms. The test platform is currently running a newer version of the API (documented here: https://apiforums.easylink.com/emapidocs/EMAPI2.5/25/index.html), but the 2.4 namespaces are still supported there.
