Not receive SMS text message, but in MyPortal status is Delivered

I send a text message with flowing:

status code =0
Successful Job Submit!!!
Domain usme
Job Number 91692663
Processing ID 0ACD070D-1122-111024152945311

and at MyPortal the status is Delivered, but I didn't get message. Is there anyway I can check MyPortal to see which phone# I sent and what is the message?

The portal does allow you to see the details of the delivery items. Click on the JobId in the upper right pane, and then click on the "Report" tab at the bottom of the screen - this will show you the detailed delivery status.

I've attached a screenshot that shows the details of the job you referenced (Job 91692663).

In this case, the detail shows that the item was posted to the SMS provider, and later received an error indication (DELF) from that provider telling us that the delivery failed. If the delivery should have succeeded (i.e. if this is a valid cell phone number) you would need to contact customer support to find out why it failed...

It doesn't matter I received the SMS Message or not, the Delivery Receipt alway "DELC". Can you check why this field never change.

The status reported as DELC is simply the status that is provided to us by the SMS provider. the DELC code means "delivery confirmed to mobile", which means that we have been told by the provider that the delivery was successful.

If you see this status but you did not recieve the text, then there may be an issue with our SMS provider. If this is a consistent problem, you should contact customer support and ask to have it investigated.
