Timeout errors

Hi -

I am trying to connect to the service using custom SOAP calls. Currently I am just trying ServiceStatus to establish a connection and am not setting the authentication parameters. The SOAP port defined in WSDL is http://xoa.xpedite.com. However, I am getting a timeout exception when I try to connect. Is that the correct endpoint I am supposed to hit?

That URL is only a dumby place holder. You should talk to your Sales/PreSales Engineer. They can give you the URL for the test system and get your credentials setup for you, which you will need when you do an Authenticate. The ServiceStatus only shows that you can connect to the URL.

Ok - that makes sense. I have a development credential - but not sure if they are dated. We did not do any modifications to our services for a long time - and didn't need the test credentials. I will get in touch with sales to validate it. Thanks for your help. Regards.
