The following job is showing a gamma code of 5000 (Operator Cancel):
XDN:pt MRN: 1546007
Please can you explain why? I don't believe I cancelled the message here.

The job was cancelled due to a translation error. An error report was sent to the email address associated with the account (davies@international-presence.com).
The actual error seems to have been an error in translating the input document to TIFF. Although the API input says the document is a PDF, the document that is in the request is not actually a PDF - I'm not really sure what it is, I'm afraid...
Assuming the input document you started from (c:/impscloud/files//17_1.pdf, according to the input XML) is actuall a PDF, you should review the processing that you used to base64 encode it to make sure the result is as you expect.
