Templates or Voice Scripts Limits?

Are there any limits to how many Templates or Voice scripts can be kept on the platform per account?

There are no inherent limits on the numbers of templates or voice scripts.

However, there are a couple of things to consider:

• There is no grouping or hierarchy of the objects, so if you have too many of them, they might get hard to keep track of.
• If you have a very large number, then queries to retrieve lists of objects could start to take a long time.

If you have a need to group different sets of objects together, one option might be to have different user ID's configured for different purposes, and have each of those "own" subsets of all of your templates.

It also might be possible to adjust the way you construct your templates so you don't need as many.  If you can provide some details on what you are looking to do, we might be able to help with that.
