How to submit a CSID (FaxJob)

If i use JobSubmit to transfer a fax job, there is nothing (to find how ) to set the CSID. When I recieve the Fax (e.g. over Fax2Mail), the CSID is empty and the sender is unknown.

I also have looked if there's a way to set a global CSID in MyPortal, but there is also nothing to set the CSID.

Your Sales/PreSales Engineer can have your CSID set in your Profile.

For Fax2Mail accounts, the CSID should be the sender name (determined from the account information).

The lines in the test2 may not support setting those items, so they may not go across. Production will support them.
