Not seeing inbound faxes in JobList

Account ID is T2/F2M/DAVIES.

I have sent a fax to our inbound number (+17326769068) and was expecting to see it returned by the JobList API calll but the list returned is empty. Our account manager told us that the Fax-to-mail option had been supressed for our test account so this should work. Please could someone advise?

By the way we have moved onto our live account now (UK/DAVIESGB/FAX) and I am having the same problem with this account. Our incoming number is 442079502313. Thanks.

The JobList request shown here does not specify a window as part of the JobListRequestFilters element.

As the API manual says (https://apiforums.easylink.com/emapidocs/24/JobList/JobListRequest.html), when a window is not specified, only active jobs will be returned.

To see all jobs, you would need to specify a window of some sort with either a start time or a time-before-now.

Something like this:

The above would retrieve jobs that entered the system within the last 10080 minutes (or 7 days).
