Can't send emails. Error in Parsing received when calling jobSubmit for email job

Error in parsing at System.Web.Services: at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)

Is the error we started receiving about 12:47 AM EST today while sending our jobs. We've been through about 20 job failures before turning off our email export service. Just tried starting it again with the same result.

Is this on the test system or Production system? Did anything change in your application?

We see it is in Production. We were having Network issues this morning. We do see your JobSummaryRequest came through, please try your JobSubmit again. Do you use the same URL for both?

This is production, we updated our code about 3 weeks ago, we just started using static from addresses about a week and a 1/2 ago.

Retried, still getting the issue. We sent over 2780 email jobs then it stopped processing them. Have 1100 more to go.

I only know of the url for the windows service that sends the queued email jobs. Unsure which other url to use.

Please report this to Customer Care as it is a Production issue and they will be able to supply the right resources. This appears to be a connectivity issue and may be on your side, this should be investigated with the help of Customer Care. Make that top priority. API support is mainly for the development end.
