I just setup a customer for a test account.

The credentials are :

TEST USER ID:                    T2/VERACYTE

TEST PASSWORD:            VERACYTE123

I advised they can track messages via Myportal using these same credentials.

However after attempting login, we are getting an error

Your account is locked. Please try after some time or contact customer care for help at : customercare@pgi.com 

Can you advise?

The issue was due to the max password length of 10 chars. The system accepted the 11 character password, but only stored 10 characters. Trying to login with the 11 character password rather than than 10 character one caused the error.
