JobList call that never returned...

Hi there,

Our system made a call to the JobList operation on Saturday 4th February at 08:59:11 GMT and it appears that the server never responded (it was still waiting for a response this morning). Please could somebody look into this?

Our requesterId is UK/DAVIESGB/FAX.
