As per the below email from Bill, we need to get the Disclaimer details Cfg in EasyLink end for all the SCB user ids, using the EasyLink API.
Can you please share us the sample request & response xml file for the user id: SCB/INWB/ACR, so that we can try the same from our end.

You can retrieve this information without Customer Support interaction using the Easylink Messaging API:

The disclaimer is found in TextBlock using the ObjKind request. Use the above link and have your team generate the XML required so you can pull each User ID disclaimer whenever you need it.
