Page header for faxes

Hi,

  Sent faxes have a header across the top.  It looks like the Account Name appears after the word "FAX".  We don't want the account name to appear.  I tried changing our account name and sent another fax but it still included the old name.  So maybe this doesn't come from the account name.  Is there a way to change what is sent in this header?

That is called the Pilot Line. You are getting the one specified by your Profile. Others may be selected in the JobSubmit Fax Options. Note that anything passed in the JobSubmit overrides the Profile item.

There is also BannerFX, which is configurable.

You should discuss this with your Sales/PreSales Engineer, who will be able to give you the various options for the Pilot Line or BannerFX.
