JobSubmitRequest example XML

Hello,

We have been successfully sending faxes through the API for a week or so while testing and now we're trying to test cover sheets. Can someone please submit an example xml file showing an actual JobSubmitRequest that includes a CoverSheet?  We are not using templates and are hoping to use the FaxCoverSheet type to generate a very simple cover sheet. I'm having difficulty getting this to work while referring to the API docs here:

Doh!  I was using "FaxCoverSheet" instead of "FaxCoversheet" so I think it's going to work now.  An example xml file wouldn't hurt though if someone has one, thanks.
