Option for "Fine Mode"?

Hi,

I am receiving an error "NOFN" when sending a fax. I looked this up and it is "Fax was not delivered because fax
machine cannot accept transmissions in fine mode".

The recipient is one that we were sending to with our previous fax service, so I'm wondering if there an option that can be set to make this fax go through.

I think I found it. It looks like it is FaxMode in FaxOptions. It wasn't being set, so maybe the default in Fine. I'm going to change it to Standard and see if the faxes go through.

JS_FaxOptions.FaxMode = EMsgAPI_JobSubmit201101.FaxModeType.standard;

The default Mode is Standard. This is probably not a Mode issue or API issue. You should take this to Customer Care. Make sure you tell them you where able to send with your previous fax service. That error is returned for other issues sometimes.
