we are using easylink to send faxes, how can we check what are the fax numbers configured on easylink and how many are active ? is that possible for us to check directly or do we need contact easylink ?

Are you asking how to get a list of your own inbound fax numbers? If not, what numbers do you want to check?
We have a list of numbers configured in easylink, we would like know what are the numbers active for a particular id in test region.
The easiest way to do this is to just log in to the fax2mail web site.
On test2 that URL is https://test2.fax2mail.easylink.com
