The underlying connection was closed

Hello,

I have a Windows service running against the sandbox API just fine. I contacted the sales engineer, and he gave me the usernames for production. I switched the domain to xsi and the messaging.easylink.com URL in my code. I am receiving the error "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive" and a 504 server error when looking at the data from Fiddler.

I don't think I received the wrong password, but I'm not sure. It works fine on the test environment, so I don't think it's our network. Can anyone tell me if this is an authentication issue or if there is some other reason for this error?
