I'm looking at the gamma codes I'm receiving from the API, and I'm receiving a lot of 5001 responses. The number isn't included in https://apiforums.easylink.com/system/files/Gamma_Codes.pdf.
5001 = BOUT, Within Blackout Period. That means you are trying tyo send during the blackout time.
