Trying to find out if your API returns this message 'Fax Request failed due to Timeout'

Hello,

We have this message logged in our system, 'Fax Request failed due to Timeout', but we were unable to determine when and why this message is returned from your API. Can somebody shed a light on this?

Was this working or is this the first time you have tested? What URL are you sending to?

We have no time out settings on our side so we would not send that message back. It is probably something on your side.
