Cancelled Fax Job ?

Hello,

I am trying to get status for the job "xsi:16669320". But the JobDeliveryStatus function returns "Cancelled".

Could you please explain

- Why my job has been Cancelled (i didn't sent a cancellation request) ?

  (<State gammacode="5000" code="5">Cancelled</State>)

- Why my job doesn't appear in myportal with the status "completed" ?

- Why only the state of one destination is available in the JobDeliveryStatus ?

The job was not cancelled, but you are seeing that an item was cancelled.  From what I can tell, there was only one item in the recipient list, which explains why you only see one destination in the JobDeliveryStatus.

The reason for the cancellation is that this job was submitted with a preview, and the preview was never approved, so it timed out.  As a result, the delivery was cancelled.
