User Authentication Not Accepted for a valid user login

I am getting a Status Code: 2209; Message: User authentication not accepted for our test account when sending a fax through the API.

I have verified the user name and password and also verified that I can log in to the EasyLink portal with this same user name and password.

Please advise.

I did resolve this. Our default data was pointing to your production server instead of your test server.
