JobDeliveryStatus error "No Information Available"

Hi,

I get "No Infomration Available" error message with error code 1 when trying to fetch the delivery status of a job. I waited 2 minutes after job submission before checking for status. Could you please check why this would happen and let me know how long should I wait after job submission before checking for status?

job id = xsi - 24057849

Please note this is happening for many jobs.

Depending on the type and complexity of the job, and the time of day it is sent in, peak or off peak, two minutes is pretty quick. If the job has not finished Setting Up you will get that error. I usually wait 6 - 10 minutes before checking. If it has not delivered yet it is probably being retried, so you should base your follow up check on your retry algo. If the algo retries in 15 minutes, wait 18 to 20 before checking again. I would wait the 20.

I'have the same trouble but i'am waiting 1,2....50 minute, 1day... and always the same reply..."No Information Available"

Perhaps a argument of the job miss?

Please post your XML. X out your user id and password. I just ran a test and the JDS Request worked fine.
