We are using the messaging API for distributing emails from our application to our business partners. Some of the recipients informed us that when they open up an email sent by us through EasyLink messaging they are prompted to send a confirmation of the email reception. Neither in our account nor in the API documentation could I find a setting where this behaviour could be altered. What do we have to do inorder to prevent that recipients of our emails are asked if they want to send back a confirmation to us or not.
