Portal not showing Faxes Sent

Hi,

We are testing SubmitToParser Request on test(t2) System.

Receive a Successful Response i.e. JobID

Some JobId's that we received

53636585, 53650365, 53199237, 53071057

Portal does not reflect the JobId's or faxes sent.

We receive '0' as Response from JobDeliveryStatus Webservice for these JobId's

Please let me know what's the issue ?

I logged into MyPortal under the user id the jobs were submitted with. They are all showing. Are you sure you are logging into the Production MyPortal and the correct user id?

The Jobs were submitted on the test(t2) system

We did submit some jobs on 16th Nov and they are being reflected on the Portal but not the ones from 17th and 18th Nov
