Job in error

Hi,

i have submitted the job using API, but the job gets into error status.

Can you please let me know what the issue is.

There is no record of the job number provided, please verify. What was the error you received?

the error is

Error code: J326

Error: Illegal keyword in job header.

I tried few number of times. There were more than 1 job with this error.

You are attempting to set thr From_address. Either you have not been approved for this or the address being supplied is not valid. If the first, please contac Customer Care, Sales or PreSales Engineer. This is not an API issue.
